About

Our charity is firmly rooted in the Celestial Church of Christ, a global Christian movement founded in 1947 by Rev. Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa. Carrying forward this heritage of faith, worship, and service, we exist to both nurture spiritual growth and create tangible community impact. Through uplifting worship services and the universal language of music, we advance God’s work while offering hope, inspiration, and belonging. Music has always been central to the Celestial tradition — not only as a tool for worship but as a bridge between generations, cultures, and communities. Beyond the sanctuary, we are dedicated to extending this spiritual legacy into practical action. We deliver year-round arts, educational, and wellbeing programmes that engage children, young people, adults, and elders. These initiatives foster creativity, learning, resilience, and health, empowering people to thrive regardless of background or circumstance.

  • Community cohesion – breaking down barriers, building unity, and encouraging intercultural dialogue.
  • Intergenerational learning – enabling younger generations to learn from elders while celebrating shared heritage.
  • Cultural preservation – safeguarding the spiritual and cultural traditions of the Celestial Church of Christ while making them accessible and meaningful to wider society.

By combining faith with social action, we aim to reduce isolation, strengthen families, and improve opportunities for disadvantaged groups. Funders and partners can be confident that every investment in our mission supports not only heritage preservation but also inclusive growth, social wellbeing, and positive transformation across our community.
