Celebrating God's Grace (LULI)

LULI is a term in the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) that means "the grace of God." Brought to the faithful through the spiritual guidance and mission of Rev. Pastor S.B.J. Oshoffa, the founder of the Celestial Church of Christ. The concept of grace in many religious traditions refers to the unearned favor and love of God. In the case of LULI, this grace is seen as being uniquely brought to the followers of the Celestial Church by Pastor Oshoffa. His role as the founder and a spiritual leader is divinely inspired, bringing blessings and grace to the members of the church. In the Celestial Church of Christ, the belief in divine favor through LULI plays an important role in worship and daily life, with the faithful attributing their blessings, miracles, and protection to the grace of God that was manifested through Pastor Oshoffa’s work. This highlights both the spiritual significance of LULI and the deep reverence held by the church's members for the founder's mission and the divine grace brought to CCC.

About Us

Background

Luli is simply a heavenly revealed word, meaning THE GRACE OF JESUS CHRIST sent to us through HIS Beloved Servant, Saint Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa (1909-1985) Founder and Pastor of CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST.

Pastor Mobiyina Oshoffa was installed as head of the CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST in December 2002.

Pastor Mobiyina Oshoffa is the first son of the Pastor Founder (Late Reverend Prophet Samuel Bilewou Joseph Oshoffa) and he is the current pastor of Celestial Church of Christ, worldwide.

He was born in 1948 at Kpave, French Dahomey (now Benin), but attended university in Paris, earning his bachelor’s degree in animal biological science in 1976 and a master’s degree from the University of Biological Science, Nancy, France in 1977. He was appointed head of the CCC Diocese of France in 1997

Aims And Goals

LULI UK FESTIVAL is a gospel festival for the Celestial Church Of Christ members, family friends and community, important for salvation through the power of God’s music, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through songs that encourage believers, helps reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, improve cognitive function and promote a sense of peace and wellbeing. This event is free entry and will take place yearly in Manchester, UK on every Third (3rd) Saturday in the month of June starting from the year 2025.
